Welcome to The Tint Shop. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing our website and services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
The Tint Shop provides auto, residential and commercial window tinting, vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF) and commercial fleet wraps in Marietta, GA, and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time.
Opt-In Consent. By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The Tint Shop at that number. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of Messages. By opting in, you may receive quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and service-related updates. We will not send marketing or promotional texts without your separate, explicit consent.
Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (770) 318-1003. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at thetintshop2000@yahoo.com or (770) 318-1003.
Message Frequency & Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your interaction with us — typically a few messages around an active quote or appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. The Tint Shop is not responsible for carrier fees.
Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: thetintshopeastcobb.com/privacy.html. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We take pride in our workmanship and use premium films. Vinyl wraps and tint films are subject to normal wear and the applicable manufacturer's product warranty. Results, longevity, and finish can vary based on vehicle surface condition, environmental exposure, and care. Any workmanship warranty we offer will be communicated to you directly and is limited to the terms provided at the time of service.
Payment terms, including any deposit, will be confirmed before work begins. You are responsible for the agreed-upon price for services performed.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. All content on this website — including text, logos, and images — is the property of The Tint Shop and may not be copied or used without permission.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in Section 4 regarding workmanship. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tint Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tint Shop and its owners and employees from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website.
Our website may link to third-party sites (Google, Yelp, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference — particularly the sections covering SMS consent and data handling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
